I come from a family that showed me what grit and perseverance really mean. My roots come from Peru, and from an early age I was helping grow my parents' small businesses, learning firsthand the ups and downs of building something from the ground up. Those lessons taught me that success isn't handed to you, but that it's built through persistence and honesty. They also shaped not just my work ethic, but my heart for helping people through life's challenges.
That's why I started Ciao Casa - to give homeowners real options. Whether someone needs a quick cash sale, a creative financing solution, or simply guidance through the process, I believe in meeting people where they are and tailoring a plan that works for them.

Ryan Schroder
Co-founder
Born and raised in Minnesota, Ryan began his career at Sunbelt Business Brokers, starting as a marketing assistant before moving into deal-making. He went on to spend four years in commercial real estate with a boutique hotel brokerage, sharpening his skills in high-value transactions and negotiations.
In 2010, Ryan co-founded VSM Real Estate with Goran Vejzovic, leading and scaling the company together for eight years. Along the way, he explored a variety of entrepreneurial ventures, but real estate has always remained his first love and enduring focus.
Today, Ryan has stepped out of the day-to-day operations of his real estate companies. Instead, he focuses on coaching and mentoring operators, sharing the hard-earned lessons of small business ownership while equipping them with the tools to succeed.
Looking ahead, Ryan is fully immersed in the world of AI systems and emerging technologies—developing and integrating the innovations that will reshape real estate and small business for years to come.
